It’s ok to change your mind!
SATURO offers you a 14 days period in which you can return your order, without having to give a reason. We like to keep things simple and easy for you so we have listed the necessary steps below.
How does the return work?
When we receive your email, we will send you the return label within 1-2 business days. The return costs are on us!
Please pack the products securely so that they will arrive in the same condition in which you received them. Once you have prepared the parcel, please attach the return label on the outside.
Refund – Once the products arrive in our warehouse, we will inspect them. Based on their count and condition we calculate your refund. We refund the money within 14 workdays.
Only items that have been directly purchased from the SATURO website can be returned in the way described above. SATURO products purchased through other stores must be returned according to their respective return policy.
What happens after cancellation
We will refund your money within 14 workdays after receiving your parcel in our warehouse. The refund will be made according to our refund policy below and in the same way in which the order was paid, unless something else was arranged. The refund will not be initiated before the parcel has arrived in our warehouse or until proof is provided that the parcel has been received by our warehouse. If you would like to request a return after the 14 days period, you have to pay the shipping cost.
Please bear in mind that all products must be returned in the condition in which they have been received in order to be eligible for a refund. The exact amount of the refund will be estimated based on the criteria below:
We fully refund all packs which are either unopened or are missing a maximum of 2 bottles.
We do not make any refund for trays with more than 2 bottles missing.
We fully refund all boxes which are either unopened or are missing a maximum of 2 Bars.
We do not make any refund for boxes with more than 2 Bars missing.
We fully refund all pouches which haven’t been opened.
We don’t make any refunds for opened pouches.
Did you receive the wrong product?
We would first like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and would like to assure you that our number one goal is to provide our customers with top quality service and products. We will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
If you receive the wrong product please write us an email with the subject “Wrong product” and your order number.
As soon as we receive your email, we will start an investigation and will inform you of the next steps in 1-2 workdays.
If the wrong product was sent because you accidentally ordered the wrong product, we can gladly replace the product. In this case, you have to cover the shipping costs.
Can I change my order after my order has been sent out?
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched it is no longer possible to change its contents.
