The Saturo team is creating a new marketing position in Vienna or Berlin, with a focus on digital
marketing mainly B2C but over time B2B as well. This role will identify opportunities, propose growth
hypotheses, and then go about proving (or disproving) it. This role will also quantify and track marketing
results, as well as gather business intelligence and benchmarks to scout marketing opportunities.

Goals

  • Lead and design Saturo’s overall marketing strategy
  • Create and manage marketing communications for Saturo in Europe
  • Deliver exciting periodic PR communications
  • Drive customer segmentation and create new aligned product offerings
  • Identify new channels
  • Establish proven processes to quantify the impact of marketing
  • Develop new marketing approaches that boost ROI
  • Manage (and reduce) the cost of customer acquisition and increase gross margin
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and optimize lifetime value of each customer

You and the Role

  • You have at least 3-5 years Marketing Experience
  • You have hands-on experience in ideating, proposing, formulating, and creating PR communications for
    both B2C (consumer marketing) and B2B (trade marketing)
  • Knowledge of Direct Marketing (Advertising/Media Buying, Trade Exhibits, Direct Mail, Collateral, etc.)
  • You live and breath the 4Ps of product and 6Ps of service marketing
  • You’re a creative problem solver able to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment where the business
    and the job description can change as new deals, and leads change the nature of our opportunities

Saturo is looking to hire a Chief Marketing Officer to build, manage and inspire a global marketing organization focused on its consumer business and overall company reputation. This position requires substantial experience across the full suite of consumer marketing disciplines for product marketing, digital marketing, regional and country programs, social media, retail and channel marketing, marketing analytics, branding, events, and partnerships. This executive is a natural storyteller with a passion for new markets and technologies, connecting with consumers in non-obvious and creative ways. This executive must welcome the challenge to build marketing in an organization that is engineering led and still learning to capitalize on marketing’s impact. As a key member of the Saturo management team, this executive will be responsible for the company’s core marketing strategy and execution.

Accountabilities

  • Conceptualize and implement business marketing strategy and plans across all its consumer business
  • Develop marketing solutions across all marketing programs, communication channels, regions, and functions
  • Activate stories and programs at scale through our communications vehicles and regional marketing efforts
  • Identify scaled marketing methods to land key messages and drive adoption of Saturo
  • Prioritize and manage marketing budgets

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consumer/tech experience – ideally CMO Experience
  • Experience with consumer aesthetic/instinct leading to distinct product positioning
    Knowledge on how to guide a brand’s reputation and experience in crisis management
  • Experience in building, executing, and measuring data-driven marketing programs across online and traditional channels

As Saturo is steadily growing, we need support in our bookkeeping and accounting department. We are looking for someone with a straightforward, hands on mentality and attention to detail. You will be working together with the executives of Saturo and support them in their daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks. You will have the chance to gain in depth experience within the start up environment.

What you will do:

  • Enter data, maintain records, reports and financial statements
  • Assist with VAT return preparation
  • Match purchase orders with invoices
  • Process accounts receivable/ payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
  • Bank reconciliation (Online payment services, bank transfer)
  • General office/ administration duties

You and the role:

The Saturo team is creating a new sales position in Vienna, with a focus on B2B sales for European market and influencer marketing.

Goals

  • Take the lead in the Saturo’s expansion to the new markets: Nordics, Eastern Europe (incl. Russia), and possibly Southern Europe
  • Take the lead in approaching new customer segments, incl. healthcare sector, senior care, and sport industry
